It’ll take me a while to do this page … but one of the best ‘resources’ I’ve stumbled across is going to be either top of my list or close to it: https://www.youtube.com/@SJachilles/videos. This guy is long since done with his rehab – he followed a conservative (non-operative) treatment path and was very successful in doing so; he was also very successful in creating an excellent weekly video diary for the first 6 months after which he slowly ramped down on the frequency as the ‘recovery curve’ got closer and closer to the 100% functional outcome line – he also added a one and a three year ‘anniversary’ video diary. An excellent resource.
